Property is specially designed for LARGE groups w/ ample seating, sleeping arrangements (20 total beds sleeping 24+) room to celebrate, views of downtown/sunset and plenty space to not disturb neighbors. Rooftop decks are nice but what their hosts don't tell you - your roof top might be less than 15 feet from a neighbor's bed who might go to be early / call police if you are up late.
