Private gated parking for 8 vehicles with electronic gates and round about - so no need to back out of drive and Uber/Lyfts are able to pull around back of house and pick you up.

Owned 5+ vacation rentals through out the years and live 15 minutes away.  Therefore, we are always available to make sure your stay is great and this is reflected in our reviews.   Comparing our property with others? Roof top decks look great but 90% leak into house and then almost all are smashed next to residential - people sleeping 10 feet from where u want to party. 

Ask where the owners live, if the roof top leaks, how close other neighbors and who will be ensuring your stay is great.    We take great pride in ensuring that all our properties are top notch and our guests have an amazing experience.
